Goods in stock ordered before 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Goods ordered after this time will normally be dispatched the next working day.
We will notify you by email when your goods are dispatched.
Where the order or dispatch day falls on a UK public holiday it will be processed on the next working day.
All our packages are packed professionally and shipped discreet in gray postal boxes or bubble envelopes, which protectsthe goods from damaging. Each package is also protected with a safe tape and the bill is included in it, apart from the orders wrapped "as a gifts".
Packages will require a signature as proof of delivery for orders sent as Recorded "Signed For.." and Special Delivery Next Day.
Please note that for delivery purposes, our return address as a E-LADY will be shown by the postage label which will enable you to identify the package.
Orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (option no.3) must be placed before 3.00pm Monday-Friday to guarantee next day delivery.

5. Gift wrapping - If you would like to send any item as a gift, just click "gift wrapped" in your basket. Your purchase will be wrapped in nice paper to make the gift from you for someone special even more special! If you would like to send any wishes with the gift we will do this for you! Just write your wishes in to the comment's pole and we will place them on the wishes tag! For security reasons order will be packaged in gray postal box - cost £2.49 per item!
