Please be sure that items you return to us are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please let us know the reason of return.
Remember: Lingerie has to be ALWAYS tried on your own underwear!
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where is possible that it has not be done.
Please note that returns of hosiery can not be accepted if the pack has been opened.
Returns period is 21 days from date of receipt. Any returned goods must be received by us within this time.
Returns are responsibility of customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded Delivery). E-LADY LINGERIE will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.
For faulty items E-LADY LINGERIE will refund the postage. For wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you requested refund, any refund due will be credited back on card, which was used to pay for the original order. You can be charge up to 10% order value to cover: postage, admin, banking, merchant charges etc.
